ShowReady is listing photography for real estate agents, from William & Fields Media. You shoot the house on your phone; we finish the photos and email them back.

We reply within one business day. If a shoot is time-sensitive, say so in the subject line.
Where are my photos? They are emailed to the address you verified as soon as they are finished. If they have not turned up, check your spam or junk folder first — that is where they usually are.
Can I get them without the email? Yes. Open the listing in the app, tap a photo to see it full screen, then tap Save. You choose between full size and 2048 × 1536, which is the size most MLS systems ask for, and from there you can put it in your camera roll, AirDrop it to a computer, or send it on.
What is the extra folder in my delivery? Every delivery includes a folder holding the same photos at 2048 × 1536, ready for an MLS upload. Use those for the listing and the full-size ones for anything printed.
My upload stopped. Nothing is lost. Open the listing and tap Resume; it continues from where it stopped rather than starting over, even if the app was closed in between.
I need to change my email address. Sign out and sign in with the new address. Your finished photos go to the address you verified, so it cannot be edited without verifying the new one.
Need to contact us? Email photos@showready.media about anything at all — a shoot in progress, a question about your photos, or something that isn't working. Replying to your delivery email reaches us too.
Email photos@showready.media from the address you signed up with, with the subject Delete my account.
We delete your account, your email address, and every photo you have sent us within 30 days, and confirm by email when it is done. Nothing is kept afterwards except the minimum billing records the law requires us to keep.

Your photos are processed by our editing provider and stored privately. They are never sold, never published, and never shown to anyone but you.
Original files are kept for 14 days, then deleted. Finished photos are kept for 28 days, so there is time to ask for them again if the delivery email goes astray. After that both are gone, so save your finished photos somewhere of your own when they arrive.
A short list of companies process data on our behalf: Google (storage, and the mail that delivers your photos), a hosting provider (the server the app talks to), and an automated photo-editing provider (which merges and finishes the photos). Square takes payment and never passes card details to us.
We name Google and Square because you deal with them directly — your finished photos arrive in a Google Drive folder, and Square takes your card. The other two we describe rather than name, because which suppliers we use is part of how the app is built. Email photos@showready.media and we will tell you exactly who they are before you upload anything.
None of them has any right to use your data for their own purposes, and none may keep your photos beyond what is needed to do their part. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for all of it to be deleted, by emailing photos@showready.media. We answer within 30 days.
ShowReady is a tool for working real estate agents and is not directed at anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will email the address you signed up with before the change takes effect.
